**Please note that our products are made using natural, plant-based ingredients. Due to the nature of these ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and scent from batch to batch. These variations do not affect the overall quality or efficacy of the product.

+ Exchange-Only Policy

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue, we are pleased to offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

**Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item & initiate an exchange.

**Incorrect Item Received:** If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, & you may be required to return the incorrect item.

+ Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, & in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of returned items for exchange.
